Singer-songwriter Jennifer Ewbank returns with a powerful, storytelling country sound. With her Dutch, English, and Irish roots, she breathes authenticity and has the ability to capture the strength of emotions and experiences in words. After years of writing but only sporadically releasing music, she now feels the time is right to share her songs with the world. In doing so, she embarks on a fresh new path: uptempo, band-driven, and full of character.
Her music tells stories of perseverance, loss, hope, and rediscovery, with influences from folk, country, and pop—delivered with raw intensity and produced by Gordon Groothedde.
Her single One Step at a Time signifies not only a musical shift but also a personal one: about chasing dreams despite fear or obstacles, step by step toward something greater. This single is the first release from her upcoming album Waited Ages. With 32 new songs ready and a renewed artistic vision, Jennifer Ewbank shows more than ever that she knows exactly where she stands and where she’s heading.
Both on and off stage, Jennifer has built an impressive reputation over the years. She was a finalist in Better Than Ever (RTL) and a semi-finalist in The Voice of Holland, sang a duet with her cousin Day in DNA Singers, took part in Secret Duets alongside Emma Heesters, and performed internationally in Japan, England, Finland, Monaco, and Belgium. She contributed to large-scale productions such as the Cirque du Soleil arena spectacle Peter Pan: The Never Ending Story, playing the role of Tinkerbell. She released the albums London Tree and the Nashville-recorded Footprints, and has performed for King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.
More recently, Jennifer wrote music for Douwe Bob and joined him on tour. In early 2025, she shared the stage at Paradiso with Danish artist Christopher, and she is now also working behind the scenes on new material for him.
